For both eBooks and audiobooks, a free sample is available for your review before purchase. Refunds are only issued if you buy a duplicate item within 24 hours of the first purchase. In this case, the duplicate item will be refunded. eGift cards are only refundable if it is deemed unused and the request for a refund is made within 24 hours of purchase.
